Keeping our mission of nutritional, environmental, economic and health benefits for society in mind, J. B. United has plans to begin organic agriculture farming without chemicals or pesticides on 500 acres of land in 2015-16.
Current figures show that it will be difficult for the present agricultural sector to meet the food demands of the future. Organic farming is a system which avoids the use of synthetic inputs such as fertilizers, pesticides, hormones, feed additives, etc. Awareness of the benefits of organic food has grown significantly in recent years, and demand has been steadily increasing. In order to meet this demand we anticipate a huge competition in the market to tap land resources for organic agriculture. J. B. United has entered into corporate agriculture to make a valuable contribution to the agricultural sector.
To promote natural organic food for healthier life.
Before implementing its plans for cultivating 500 acres of land for organic farming, J. B. United has chosen a site of approximately 16.65 acres to begin cultivating test units for small test samples of organic fruits, organic vegetables, organic flowers and naturally-sustained live animals.
The samples will aid in an economic analysis and help to anticipate and overcome various difficulties faced during the production process. Initial samples will be around 50+ species of fruits, flowers, vegetables and live animals.
